| Consultations and Facilitations
 The increasingly multicultural realities of religious groups present complex challenges. In addressing these realities, many groups are requesting Consultation/Facilitation Services from Maryknoll’s CCS.
The CCS Team is available for Consultation/Facilitation Services to congregational or organizational leadership teams, lay ministry groups, mission coordinators, cross-cultural ministers, diocesan groups, and more. These services focus around questions or issues of:
theology of mission,
mission planning,
mission personnel concerns,
mission site evaluation and/or new mission site selection,
understanding cultural diversity and its implications on living and work situations,
team development,
individual or group reflection on one’s mission experience,
individual or small group retreats.
The team will work with you to custom design: a discussion, meeting, group process, workshop, retreat, or conference to fit your needs and situations.
Consultation/Facilitation Services can be offered at your site or at the Maryknoll Mission Center in Maryknoll, New York.
